Yoxall St Peter’s end of 2017 Phonics Screening was a big success, with over 86% of the children making the required progress and passing in Year 1. This is ten per cent higher than last year’s result and is attributed to our new Read Write Inc style of teaching. The headteacher and governors would like to extend their thanks to the staff in KS1 for their hard work.
