Ventilation and air flow in School
Ventilating and providing a good air flow is being used in school to fight against the transmission of Covid. We continue to keep the doors and window open and as the days get colder it will be a balancing act of keeping the children warm and still providing a through flow of air. Could we please ask that you consider sending your children to school in extra layers such as a vest, or a t-shirt under their uniform. Black leggings could be layered with tights and I have seen a few children wearing ‘Sports Skins’ these are thin but give good movement as well as acting as a thermal layer. This in addition to a warm school coat for outside play. We will be monitoring the temperatures in the classrooms but need to keep the air flowing.
